Production Team Member-

As a production team member, our goal is to maximize the time we are "adding value" to our products, as this is what the customer is willing to pay for.

Not only will you develop specific job skills ranging from machine operation to custom fabrication, but training and responsibilities will include concepts and practice in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Waste Free Manufacturing (WFM).

Production Team Leader-

Every Team has a natural leader… In this position, you will have the opportunity to lead and influence you team members towards job skills and job site improvements.

The team leader's goal is to facilitate and encourage all members to participate in "continuous improvement" or "kaizen" activities.

Production Facilitator-

Having mastered specific job skills and shown the ability to "think on one's feet", your contribution can then develop into one of facilitating the production process for a number of work teams.

Your responsibilities would be to supply your teams with the information, materials and supplies needed to maximize their ability to "add value", with the goal of bringing a sense of support, security and a real sense of importance for the work that the team is doing.

Trainer/ Development Specialist-

For those individuals who have the ability to clearly communicate and the charisma to encourage, the position as a Trainer brings with is a responsibility to bring the knowledge and job skills training to new candidates, as well as "tune-up" training to existing teams.

Here's what's needed:

  • Bilingual skills.
  • Desire to create, build and develop programs and materials from scratch.
  • The ability to research, learn, and teach.
  • The desire to help, teach and coach those less capable.

This requires a confident, self-motivated and fearless individual with multi-faceted talents and common sense in the area of communications- someone who wants to control and design their own path to a successful career in Training.

Department Manager-

This individual provides the planning of production operations and the necessary accountability to the department team members for their performance. This can include:

  • Daily Production Planning.
  • Coordination of Staffing and Staff Training.
  • Labor Budgeting.
  • Coordination of TPM and Routine Machine Maintenance.
  • Provide performance feedback and accountability to all teams in terms of Quality and Productivity.

This position also requires a confident, self-motivated individual with the talents for trouble-shooting and problem solving. As employee accountability rests squarely on this individual, he/she reports only to the Executive Management Team as they strive to carry out the vision and goals of the Company.
